About Maria Insana
Miss Insana was born and raised in Erie. She is a recent graduate of PennWest Edinboro University. Her mission is to uplift students to become their best individual self! Three words people would use to describe her are caring, optimistic, driven.
About the 1st grade year at LMA
Over the course of the year, students will become critical thinkers and participate in lots of hands-on activities. 1st graders will embark in many new roles in learning. For example, they may become a botanist and help our class plants grow! We will build on the basics from kindergarten and solidify phonics to become skilled readers. We will use repetition and real world application for a deeper understanding of math facts. Your students will be leaders in their learning aligned with LMA’s mission!
What is Miss Insana looking forward to most at LMA?
Miss Insana is looking forward to teaching and keeping the whole child in mind. She was drawn to LMA because of the close-knit community atmosphere. She is excited to work with students and their families building the foundation of character in a Christian environment. She is so grateful to get know your students’ passions and take part in their educational journey!
